Consulting Fee Schedule

Consulting Fees

Discussion, review and analysis; subject to size and scope of project and full Client Approvals to proceed.

Initial Phone Consult

FREE

Learning about your Art and Craft and getting engaged (up to two hours of phone time)

Engagement Retainer

$150.00 USD

Review and Analysis, ongoing dialog on development of business and business plan, up to SIX (6) hours of Consulting Time (together with the Client or independently developed) . Payable in advance of engagement.

Additional Consulting Hours

$35.00 per hour

As Required, over and above the six included in the Engagement Retainer, as required and agreed to IN ADVANCE by the Client. Payable upon Invoice, due within 30 days of Invoice date.

Additional OPTIONAL Deliverables

Services in addition to Consultancy

Short Form Business Plan

$100.00

Written Short Form Plan, in PDF and MS Word, articulating basic initial set up steps. Payable in advance.

Formal Business Plan

Starting at $1,000.00

A basic but FORMAL written Business Plan, includes a minimum of 30 hours of development beyond items listed above. $350.00 deposit due in advance, $350.00 Progress Payment due in 15 days after initial deposit and $300.00 OR balance due upon completion and prior to delivery of Business Plan to the Client .

Consulting ON SITE visits

TBD

Limited to 150 miles of Stroudsburg PA. All Travel Expenses reimbursed by Client including IRS Standard Mileage Allowances, $75.00 per diem Food Allowance, Hotels at charged rates (if required) and $50 per hour for Consultant Chargeable FROM PORTAL TO PORTAL.

No liability shall be accepted by the Consultant for any work carried out in connection with this or any other project and it shall be a condition of any contract that no such liability shall be accepted under any circumstances.
